GRC Annual Conference Hotel
We are pleased to offer special rates for the historic Jekyll Island Club Hotel for the conference. All conference sessions and events (except the opening reception) will take place at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel.
Block is available for stays from October 26-29, 2025. Discounted rooms will be available to book using discount code Georgia Recycling Coalition Meeting Fall until September 26, 2025.
When you click on the link below it will show the total rate per night including the group’s discounted room rate, 12 % taxes, the $42 resort fee (will not reflect the group’s discounted $35 resort fee) and the $5 Georgia State mandated Hotel/Motel fee. Due to the Hotel Fees Transparency Act of 2025 bill’s pending passage requiring short term lodging to display base pricing and all associated fees for booking reservations, Jekyll Island Club has provided us with the following detailed breakdown of the room charges:

- $249 (room rate)+$17.43 (7% State Tax)+$12.45 (5% Occupancy Tax)+$35 (Resort Fee)+$2.45 (7% Resort Fee Tax)+$5 (Georgia Hotel Fee+)$2 Island Preservation Fee=$323.33
Please note: While the booking system shows the standard Resort fee/tax of $42+$2.94 per night, the group’s reduced contracted resort fee of $35 will be applied during the stay. The $2 per night Island Preservation Fee is voluntary and may be removed at check in.
