Cancellation Policy
Conference registration may be canceled with a full refund (less a $75 processing fee) any time before October 1st, provided written notification is received by GRC. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will be mailed after the conference. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual before October 1st, only if written notice is provided to GRC.

Call for Presentations Is Open! Deadline: August 10th
GRC is now accepting presentation submissions. We invite your insight and expertise and welcome experienced professionals to submit proposals related to topics including recycling, composting, sustainability, new technologies, innovative projects, plus insights on recycling education, equipment, processes, and the circular economy. Scholarship Opportunities
Gloria Hardegree Scholarship
GRC invites local recycling coordinators in Georgia to apply for the inaugural Gloria Hardegree Scholarship. This year, scholarship recipient(s) will receive full registration and $500 stipend to attend GRC’s Summit & Annual Meeting on October 14-15, 2026 in Augusta, Georgia.

Connie Burns Scholarship
College and university students are encouraged to apply for the Connie Burns Scholarship (up to $1000). Applicants must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at a college or university in Georgia and pursuing a degree in environmental science, engineering or other major related to recycling, waste reduction, or environmental sustainability. The deadline to submit the application is August 28th. Please help us promote the scholarship to students in your community.
