Georgia Recycling Coalition Recycling Awards

The Georgia Recycling Coalition is accepting applications for its annual Recycling Awards recognizing excellence in recycling and waste reduction in Georgia. To nominate someone, you must be a GRC member in good standing. Deadline to apply is September 10, 2025.

Award Categories

• GRC Volunteer of the Year – Recognizes a GRC member who has provided the organization with value-added benefits toward achieving its mission
• Outstanding Institutional Program – Recognizes a college, university, military installation, or other institution for their recycling accomplishments
• Outstanding Government/Community Program – Showcases a local program that exemplifies comprehensive and sustainable components and practices
• Outstanding Corporate Leader – Recognizes a business that has implemented exemplary waste reduction/recycling programs for its industry
• Hall of Fame – Honors an individual who has contributed to GRC’s success over an extended period of time
